Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Thank you for choosing Na'Scent Organics. Because our products are for personal use, we do not offer refunds or returns unless it is a problem due to an error made on our part. You have five (5) days from the day you received your purchase to contact us regarding the error. If you receive the wrong product, have any issues or concerns, you may Email Us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If five (5) days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Canceling An Order

Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships if it has not been prepackaged and ready to ship.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Na'Scent Organics, Inc. PO Box 608167, Orlando, Florida 32860, United States.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
